Project profile: This project is Huarun East Lake commercial project, which is located at the junction of Chengdu second loop and Laocheng Road. The project covers an area of about 21370 square meters, with a total construction area of about 141926 square meters. The first to the third floor of the podium building is commercial center. What’s more, there are two office building on the podium:office tower 1(T1) with 26 floors and office tower 2(T2) with 28 floors. The height of the buildings is about 126 meters.

Service phase: Scheme design, preliminary design, tender drawing (construction drawing’s depth) design, technical bid list and bid list, bid clearance and bid marking, two times hardcover coordination, construction coordination and final acceptance
